- Passing Tournaments: QB, RB, WR, TE, DB, LB (See Event Calendar)
- Max Testing: August 9th and 10th at 8am
- Agility Testing: August 11th at 8am
- Form/Paper work Deadline: Due by August 11th, 8am in weight room. Emergency card, physical form and athletic fee check (amount TBD).
- Start of Double Days: Friday, August 13th, 11:30am
Summer Workout Requirements
Non credit class: There are 37 days of football class (see calendar). A prospective player needs to attend 25 complete classes. Please print out Event Calendar and plan out your summer.
(Varsity only. F/S encouraged, but not required)
Complete and sign, Physical and Emergency Card Forms. You cannot participate at all without these. Be sure to include an Insurance number.
Important:
- Summer training is essential to get your body physically prepared for the stresses of football. Moreover, the class work is necessary in understanding the offensive, defensive and special teams packages we run. If your workout requirements are not met by August 6th, you will miss playing in games. (1-3 sessions short = sitting week #1 (vs. Homestead), 4-6 = weeks #1 & 2, 7-9 = weeks #1, 2 & 3, and so on) These workouts and class sessions are for a reason. We need to enter the season strong as a team so we can achieve the goals we set for ourselves. Championships are built NOW, not in August!!
